2. Do Not Comb Wet Hair



Some of us find it easier to untangle our hair right after we have washed them. The problem with this is that our hair is highly prone to breakage when it is wet, so aggressive combing is very harmful for hair.

They prevent hair fall and support scalp health. You can include fenugreek in your diet.
