I have already written an article on how to improve your eye sights. But nowadays every one wants to remove their spectacles permanently.

So, today I'm going to write about how can you remove your spectacles permanently by taking a care of your eyes and by some nutritions and some techniques offered by Ayurveda. 

Eyes are very delicate and precious, so it is very important to pay attention to it.

We all know how important the eyes are to our bodies.



These days, the use of mobile phones and laptops and watching the screen till late night affects mostly the eyes. 

Due to which the issues, affecting the eyes before the time are coming out. so it is very important to know how to remove spectacles permanently.

Ayurveda explains that pitta dosha is responsible for vision, and alochaka pitta is located in eyes. 

This dosha absorbs images and colors, allowing us to see. When it is in balance, our eyes are healthy, radiant and see clearly. However, if it gets worse, we may experience unnecessary anger, impotence, and liver problems.

 The best cure is to keep the dosha dosha calm with proper food and daily meditation.

If you want to remove your lenses or eye glasses permanently then it's necessary to Change your life style. 

I'll discuss about daily routine which will help to remove your spectacles permanently, just do it daily and regularly. 

Daily routine for remove spectacles :

1].start your day with yoga and coriander leaves.

start your day with anuloma-viloma pranayama, best exercise for eyesight improvement.just practice it for 15 min daily & Eat 30-40 g of coriander leaves in early morning and don't eat anything for 30 mins after that.

2]. Padabhyanga

Padabhyanga is a Ayurvedic foot massage performed with herbal oils. It focuses on balancing the three doshas (Vata, Pita, Kafa) and stimulates some special points on the steps that lead to clarification of mind and relaxation.

It improves blood circulation, mood, vision and mental health. 
Padabhyanga involves stimulating some specific points of the foot that are related to visio. 
Do not try it, when you have a cold, fever or flu.

3]. Nasya

Nasya treatment refers to ayurvedic therapy that includes sniffing herbal oils, juices or powders through the nose. It works especially for eye, nose and throat problems.
It is one of the five Panchakarma Therapies. 

Medications administered through the nasal cavity act on specific areas of the brain that are involved in the regulation of vision.

4].Eyes Exercises


5]. Splash water on eyes 


When you wash your face in the morning, Ayurveda recommends splashing cold water on the eyes while holding water in your mouth. This makes your eyes feel fresh. You can also use an eyecup to cool your eyes.

Some foods :

1]. Munakka:-

Soak 3 munakka (Vitis vinifera) in water overnight. Chew these soaked grapes in the morning with 3 seeds of black pepper. This remedy is beneficial for the weakness of the eyes.


2]. Triphala Powder: 

Soak Triphala powder overnight in water. In the morning, sieve this powder in a cloth and drink this water. This water is suitable for all the eye problems. By the use of Triphala, the body gets good amounts of Vitamin C.

3].Almonds, Fennel and Sugar Candy: 

Mix all the ingredients in equal proportions. Take 1 spoon of this mixture with warm milk during bed time.

4].Castor Oil :-

Put a drop of castor oil on each eye before going to bed. Make sure to use an oil with no preservatives. Also, rub some oil into the soles of your feet. You will wake up with fresh and bright eyes.

5]. Cucumber slice

Cucumber is well known for its anti-irritation properties. When applied to the eyes, it can help in reducing inflammation, puffiness, swelling, and irritation. As it has high water content, they work as a useful Ayurvedic remedy for dry eyes.

6].Triphala Eyewash

Take half a teaspoon of organic Triphala powder and mix it in a cup of boiling water. It's better to use distilled water instead of tap water.
Let the solution cool down, and then strain the particles with a clean cloth.
Now dip a small towel in the solution and place it over your eyes.
Blink frequently to enable the solution to enter your eyes.
You can soak your eyes in the eyewash for around five minutes and pat it dry. It is recommended to do it before going to bed.

7].Diet for eye 

Your diet is important for the proper functioning of the body and its organs. The dietary factors that negatively affect the eyes are:

  • Sour items like curd, pickles, etc., and hot items that vitiate pitta
  • Virudha aharam or food that contains items with cooling and hot properties
  • Eating a meal before the complete digestion of the previous meal
To maintain proper eye health, one must always adhere to diets consisting of barley, wheat, red rice, green gram, vegetables, pomegranate, rock salt, pure cold water, etc.

Don'ts :-

  • Excessive intake of spicy and salty foods
  • Excessive intake of unhealthy liquids such as carbonated beverages
  • Eating at night
  • Sudden changes in temperature, such as swimming in cold water on a hot day
  • Excessive crying
  • Sleeping on a pillow too high or too low
  • Excessive anger or grief
